Sinopsis Film The Romance of the Condor Heroes (2014) :
kisah cinta Yoko dan Bibi Lung selalu membuat kisah yang berasal dari novel ini dibuat ke dalam berbagai versi serialnya. Pertama kali populer di tahun 1980-an saat masih dibintangi Andy Lau dan Idy Chen, kemudian kisah percintaan Yoko dan Bibi Lung di dunia persilatan dibuat ke dalam beberapa versi lain.
Tahun 2013 silam, para pecinta serial wuxia mendapat kabar gembira dengan kembalinya novel karya Jin Young tersebut ke dalam versi serialnya. Mulai dari pemilihan pemain mendapatkan sorotan besar dari masyarakat negeri Tiongkok. Michelle Chen yang memerankan sosok Bibi Lung mendapatkan kritikan besar dari netizen karena dianggap kurang cocok untuk memerankan karakter Bibi Lung yang cantik. Kontroversi pemilihan pemain ini tak berakhir hingga serial ini tayang.
Tayang perdana di Hunan TV pada 03 Desember 2014 silam, serial ini langsung dilirik oleh stasiun TV RCTI. tapi sudah dihentikan penayangannya karena ratingnya kurang bagus.
Serial ini dibuka dengan mengisahkan masa kecil Xiao Lung Nu/Bibi Lung (Zhang Zi Mu) dan Li Mo Chou (Zhang Xin Yu). Sebanyak 80 persen episode perdana mengisahkan tentang jalinan percintaan Li Mo Chou dan Lu Zhanyuan (Chen Xiang). Zhanyuan khawatir dan mulai menghindar dari Li Mo Chou yang cantik karena tabiat kejamnya yang membunuh musuhnya tanpa ampun.
Zhanyuan mulai berpaling dari Li Mo Chou dan bersiasat kabur bersama dengan He Yuanjuan yang lebih lembut. Namun mereka berhasil ditangkap Li Mo Chou. Saat hendak membunuh keduanya, seorang biksu datang menyelamatkan. Li Mo Chou membiarkan keduanya hidup dan berjanji akan membalas dendam suatu hari nanti.
Bertahun kemudian berlalu dan Li Mo Chou menjelma menjadi malaikat iblis merah yang banyak membunuh orang tanpa ampun. Li Mo Chou akhirnya kembali ke kuburan kuno. Bibi Lung (Michelle Chen) yang sudah dewasa sudah menjelma menjadi wanita yang cantik. Terjadi pertarungan Li Mo Chou dengan Bibi Lung. Namun Bibi Lung berhasil menang dan mengusir Li Mo Chou. Kabur dari kuburan Kuno, Li Mo Chou membuat perhitungan dengan Lu Zhanyuan dan He Yuanjun yang telah sekarang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak.
Lu Zhanyuan dan He Yuanjuan akhirnya tewas. Zhanyuan bunuh diri di depan Li Mo Chou. Li Mo Chou yang masih mempunyai perasaan pada Zhanyuan pun sedikit terbawa suasana dengan kematian pria yang masih dicintainya tersebut. Yang Guo/Yoko (Wu Lei) kecil sudah muncul di episode ini dan berbuat sejumlah masalah. Yoko yang terkena racun diakui anak oleh Ouyang Feng (Zong Feng Yang). Si racun tua ini mengangkat racun di tubuh Yoko dan mengajarinya ilmu Hama Gong (Kodok).
Guo Jing dan Huang Rong yang merupakan paman dan bibi Yoko mengejar Yoko dan Ouyang Feng. Guo Jing mengenali Yoko sebagai putra dari adik angkatnya, Yang Kang. Sempat melarikan diri, akhirnya Yoko tetap dibawa Guo Jing ke pulau persik bersama dengan istri dan anak-anaknya.
Sesampai di Pulau Persik, Huang Rong hanya mengajari ilmu sastra dan sejarah saja pada Yoko. Ia takut jika Yoko akan menjadi jahat seperti ayah Yoko terdahulu. Kemunculan ayah angkat Yoko membuat Yoko diasingkan ke Gunung Zhong Nan. Sementara itu, Li Mo Chou memanfaatkan Zhen Zibing yang menyukai Bibi Lung untuk masuk kembali ke Kuburan Kuno dan merebut Kitab Hati Gadis Suci.
Bibi Lung ditotok aliran darahnya, namun berhasil melepaskan diri berkat bantuan Zhen Zibing. Li Mochou pun berhasil diusir dari Kuburan Kuno. Dalam perjalanan menuju Gunung Zhong Nan, Yoko dan Guo Jing dihadang berbagai rintangan. Yoko kecil bahkan sempat ditangkap namun berhasil melarikan diri.
Yoko kecil sudah diterima di sana dan dididik oleh Zho Zhijing. Yoko kecil yang tengil banyak berulah dan mengerjai gurunya tersebut. Kesal karena sering menjadi korban, Zhou Zhijing memfitnah Yoko telah membunuh salah satu murid di sekte tersebut, padahal kesalahan tersebut dilakukan dia sendiri. Saat itu, Tawon Giok datang menyerang mereka sendiri dan membuat Yoko berhasil diselamatkan Nenek Sun. Yoko kecil pun dibawa ke Kuburan Kuno untuk diobati. Bibi Lung meminta Yoko dikembalikan ke sekte Yoko sebelumnya, namun saat Nenek Sun membawanya, Yoko malah dibully kembali. Nenek Sun yang geram lantas bertarung, namun akhirnya ia terluka parah. Bibi Lung datang di saat kritis, Nenek Sun pun meminta Bibi Lung merawat Yoko. Tak lama, Nenek Sun menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya.
Sempat berniat melarikan diri dari Kuburan Kono, Yoko malah menghadapi sejumlah masalah. Untungnya ada Bibi Lung yang menolongnya berkali-kali. Yoko mulai belajar ilmu dengan Bibi Lung. Episode 10 ini juga menjadi titik balik munculnya tokoh Yoko (Chen Xiao) dewasa.
Tinggal lama bersama dengan sang bibi membuat Yoko akhirnya mulai menyukai Bibi Lung.
